We just finished (we hope) the last blast of winter. When that occurs, we are always ready to look at our homes where we have hunkered down from the cold and assess what we want to change in our homes.
When we feel the need to renovate, we assess our bathrooms, and look at the style and see the tile and stone were cracked or tired,the bath fittings are worn and the newest creature comforts are missing, not allowing us to fully enjoy our personal environment. We just spent the entire winter in our kitchen where we cooked and prepared our holiday meals. We saw the worn finish on the cabinets, the chipped sink, the oven that has started to be unreliable. We served in our dining rooms and realized its short comings, needing serving space or storage and after all these years, we hate the color it is. Welcome to Spring and Renovation! Everyone wakes up and realizes they need to spruce up and fix up.

What is the process of Spring and Renovation.
We meet you on the initial consult. We establish your concerns and wish list. We send you a contract based on the results of our meeting. Once we agree, our team comes in, measures, and photographs the space of concern. We then take our time to design, make plans and establish your options. There is rarely one way to things. You almost always have options. We then have another meeting and establish what the finished project will look like. At that point we bring in all of the professionals and get estimates. Once agreed, we schedule the projects construction and begin. When you are finished you will have a house you love again.
